Corporate Annual Maintenance

The Business Corporations Act (Alberta) requires certain yearly updates and maintenance for each corporation. These fees include keeping the corporate minute book and annual registrations up to date as required by the Act.

$200.00 + Disbursements (typical account is $312.50 per year, inclusive of fees, disbursements and GST).

Accountant Instructions (Basic)

It is typical for accountants to have instructions for corporations which require updates or changes to the minute book. These fees include basic instructions, and we will notify you if we receive instructions that are more complex and will require additional fees to complete.

$150.00 + Registry Fees (vary)
